Proxy Navigator is a project of the Free Enterprise Project of the National Center for Public Policy Research — built to give center-right investors the tools they need to combat woke "Capitalism."
For too long, proxy season has been dominated by activist resolutions and opaque advisory firms pushing one-sided agendas. Proxy Navigator changes that — by giving every shareholder, from retail investor to institution, a clear, research-backed guide to vote their values and maximize their investments.
The app is sponsored by the Free Enterprise Project (FEP), the corporate advocacy arm of the National Center for Public Policy Research. FEP has been pushing back on corporate wokeness in shareholder meetings since 2007.
